Preamble is a philosophy or summary of The Indian Constitution. This is the modified version of The Objective Resolution moved in by Jawaharlal Nehru on December 13, 1946 and adopted by the Constituent assembly on January 22, 1947. Initially, the concept of preamble came into existence in the USA. It is not mandatory for every country to have a preamble but you can say it is an optional.
